Defective or Incorrect Goods
If Goods are delivered that are damaged, defective, or not the Goods ordered, you must notify Sungen Systems in writing within 5 (five) days of delivery. In such cases, Sungen Systems will arrange for the collection of the Goods at its own cost and will either replace the Goods or provide you with a full refund.
Returns for Reasons Other than Defect or Damage
Where you wish to return Goods for reasons other than being defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you may do so within 7 (seven) days of delivery, provided that:

- The Goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition; and
- All manuals, accessories, and documentation are included.
In such cases:

- You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the Goods to Sungen Systems; and
- A handling fee of up to 15% (fifteen percent) of the purchase price may be deducted from any refund due to cover inspection and processing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days after receipt and inspection of the returned Goods. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Risk in Returned Goods
You remain responsible for the risk of loss or damage to any Goods you return until such Goods are received and inspected by Sungen Systems.
